Self doubt, low self esteem, self sabotage, self depreciation, false modesty, resignation and fear are only some of the many traits that severely limit our lives. Most people either leave things as they are and muddle on although some seek help such as counselling, psychotherapy or similar therapies.

As healers, however, we have access to highly effective methods and tools to start to address and ultimately clear these negative patterns. The aim, as always, is to function more and more as the capable and fulfilled Human beings we are supposed to be and also start to live in greater joy whilst realising our purpose. Our methods, tools and insights are about energy work and are therefore complementary to the other therapies mentioned.

The workshop will include:
• Looking at self image
• Addressing blockages
• Tackling fears and doubts
• Releasing past habits of low self esteem
• Uncovering the esteemed self

The day will also include profound meditations, healing exercises and work with crystals and is suitable for healers or those who are familiar with energy work.
