CHF Therapies
The Crystal & Healing Federation schools offer professional training in and accredits the following therapies:
*Please note that CHF does not endorse correspondence courses.
Energy Healing:
Energy Healing is a subtle energy therapy in which natural energies are channelled by a healer in order to help promote health and well being as a whole to the individual. Energy healers focus on causes of ailments and not the symptoms. The way this is done is that the condition of the various systems within the bio-magnetic field (aura) of a client is assessed and then addressed as appropriate. It may be important to add that the whole make up of an individual, including emotional and thought patterns form part of his/her auric field and the systems within it. It is also important to add that these systems are not situated within the physical body and are therefore known as ‘subtle anatomy’ rather than ‘anatomy’.
Crystal Healing/Therapy:
Crystal Healing is Energy Healing with the use of crystals as tools to help shape and focus healing energies. Appropriate crystals are selected and used to help bring the systems within the auric field back into balance and harmony. Crystals are highly powerful and effective tools for healing as they contain a number of special properties and interact with us in many different ways. One of these properties is the unique vibration of each crystal. This is a result of its colour frequency, chemical composition, inner atomic structure and outer form. Not only does this property make a crystal indispensable in altering electromagnetic waves for medical machinery and quartz watches, but it can also modify ‘healing energy’. introducing these positive vibrations into the Human auric field and/or by taking them orally, the causes of existing negative conditions are addressed so healing can take place. This training is only available for qualified crystal and/or energy healers because it incorporates profound work with the remedies in the auric field (and the systems within it) of the individual. Another property of crystals is the distinct orderly structure which enables them to absorb, reflect, transform, transmute, balance, direct, amplify, clear, focus etc. energies. Crystal healing is a more specialised form of healing/therapy and training involves more tutor led tuition and work.
Bach Flower Remedies:
The Bach Flower Remedies were discovered by Dr Edward Bach in the early nineteen hundreds and have been used as a complementary therapy since then. Dr Bach understood that more often than not, illness is the result of persistent negative emotional and mental states. There are 38 remedies (plus the well know rescue remedy), each of which contains the positive aspects of certain negative emotions or states of mind. By introducing these positive vibrations into the Human auric field and/or by taking them orally, the causes of existing negative conditions are addresses so healing can take place. Within the CHF this training is only available for qualified crystal and/or energy healers because it incorporates profound work with the remedies in the auric field (and the systems within it) of the individual.
Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner™:
The Subtle Energy Medicine Practitioner™ certificate represents a two year set training programme including a qualification in both crystal and energy healing (as recognised by CHF). A number of additional subject also form part of this training. Some of these incorporate work with colour, sound, flowers and flower remedies for self-care. Those who have gained this qualification may join the specialist programme. At present there are only two schools in the UK that offer this level of training and just one that offers the specialist programme.
Subtle Energy Medicine Specialist™:
The Subtle Energy Medicine Specialist™ has successfully completed more than 4 years of intensive training & practical experience and done this over a period of more than 5 years. In our view and experience, healers who have done this amount of training in the field are highly competent and can be considered specialists in subtle energy medicine. The specialist will have completed a Bach Flower Remedy Diploma (which extends also to in-depth subtle energy work), a specific stress-healing (not stress therapy) programme, an intense development programme that represents a profound journey through the subtle anatomy systems and that can also be viewed as a personal and spiritual manifestation course. Furthermore s/he will have integrated advanced crystal and energy work, how to facilitate healing in a hospital or similar environment and how to work with those who suffer from addiction.
Stress Therapy:
Stress Therapy is a mind & body programme that is taught to the client by the stress therapist. The overall objective is to provide lasting changes in the way stress is perceived, experienced and dealt with, before it results in illness or other stress related problems. Clients are taken through a set of specific deeply relaxing techniques. These are accompanied by cognitive techniques that assist in alleviating thought and emotional patterns that may be leading to stress. This valuable complementary therapy can be beneficial to anyone. It can also be very effectively combined with energy & crystal healing and Bach Flower Remedies. This training is open anyone and does not involve energy or crystal healing work.
CHF Teacher Training Course:
This course is essential for those who wish to teach any form of energy healing in an effective, safe and responsible manner. It is the esoteric equivalent of an ordinary teacher training course and all subjects are covered from an energetic as well as healer friendly point of view. Although subjects are discussed in theory, the accent is, as in all esoteric training, on practical experience. The course is open to graduates of all CHF schools and also other qualified crystal or energy healers who have completed a minimum of two years training.
All practitioners on the register have been trained to the highest standards in one or more of the above mentioned therapies. They also carry a therapist public liability and malpractice insurance and adhere to the CHF code of Conduct.
Most practitioners are also qualified in other complementary therapies. CHF can however only vouch for the therapies it accredits. Please note that rather than alternative, all therapies are regarded as complementary to orthodox medicine.
